Applications are invited for the following Paramedical posts in the prescribed format given below for selection and appointment /engagement on Regular/contractual basis under the establishment of CDMO, Sundargarh & NRHM, in the Schools of ST & SC Development Department of Sundargarh district through Regd. Post/ Speed Post only, so as to reach the office of the Chief District Medical

officer, Sundargarh At/Po/Dist:- Sundargarh on or before 4.2.2013. Incomplete application/ applications received after due date shall not be considered under any circumstances.

Recruitment Details :

Post : 
1. MPHW (F)/ANM (Regular) under& F.W. Dept: 24 Posts
2. MPHW (F)/ANM (Contractual) under Schools of ST/SC Development Dept: 25 Posts
3. Additional ANM under NRHM, Sundargarh: 42 Posts
4. Pharmacist (Contractual): 06 Posts

Educational Qualification : Candidate must passed HSC or equivalent exam, passed ANM training from INC approved Govt. or Private Institution having ONC Registration for post 1, 2, & 3, Diploma in Pharmacy and have Registered in Orissa Pharmacy Council for post

Age Limit : Candidate age must be as per state Govt. rules for Sl No.1, 2 & 4. But for Sl No. 3, maximum age limit will be 65 Years.

Selection Procedure: The selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit on marks secured by the candidates in the qualifying examination.
