RPSC invites Online application for various posts of Assistant Engineers in different department of Rajasthan Government through a competitive examination :

Assistant Engineer (Civil Electrical/ Mechanical) : 324 posts (Civil -256, Electrical-14, Mechanical - 54), Qualification : B.E. in Civil/ Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent

Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Age : 21-37 years as on 01/01/2014.

Application Fee : Rs. 350/- (Rs. 250/- for OBC and Rs.150/- for SC/ST) plus Rs.40/- online portal charges.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess Secondary Board Education Certificate from the Institute recognized by Central/State Board of Secondary Education/ 10+2, Engineering Degree/ ITI From recognized university, Diploma/ BE/B.Tech in relevant fields for all the posts.	Last Date for Receipt of Filled in Applications: 06-03-2013.	Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- incase of downloading from the website http://dte.rajasthan.gov.in otherwise General, BC, OBC candidates have to pay Rs.400/- and SC/ST candidates must pay Rs.200/- as application fee in the form of IPO/DD.

It is proposed to fill-up following position as per details below purely on temporary basis under the time bound Projects running in this Institute.

Job Notification Information :

Name of Project : The CAZRI-ICARDA Collaborative Research project on “Coping strategies for livestock smallholders in the face of climate change and soaring feed prices : case study of livestock mobility in the state of Rajasthan, India”.

Name of Post : Contractual project staff (Workers) - 2 (Two)

Place of Posting : Western Rajasthan

Emoluments : The fixed emoluments to be paid Rs. 15000/- per month.

Qualification :

Essential : Master degree in Agriculture/Animal/Veterinary/Social Sciences.
Desirable : Experience in conducting surveys and working in the field, Knowledge in basic computer applications for field data management, Local knowledge about village dynamics and languages skills of western Rajasthan to discuss the migration issues with livestock keepers

Age limit : 35 years for men and 40 years for women on the date of walk-in-interview (Relaxation for SC/ST/ OBC candidates as per rule)

Duration and other conditions : Upto March 2014 or till the expiry of the scheme whichever is earlier as co-terminus with the project The number of worker post may increase and / or decrease. (purely temporary)
